How branded tickets are generated and verified.

# Tickets, PDFs & QR Codes When an order confirms, TicketCobra generates one **ticket** per seat. Each ticket has: - A unique **ticket code** and matching **QR / barcode**. - A branded **PDF** (your logo, event details, the QR). - Any [custom question](#/help/custom-questions) responses. ## Delivery The PDF link is emailed to the buyer and is available from the [Orders](#/help/managing-orders) detail view. Buyers can also re-download from their confirmation. ## Verification At the door, the QR is scanned to verify and [check in](#/help/attendees-and-checkin) the attendee. A ticket can only be checked in once.
