Invite staff and control what they can access.
# Team & Roles Add colleagues under **Settings → Team**. ## Invite a member Send an **invite** by email. The recipient accepts via a secure link and joins your organization. ## Roles - **Admin** — full access, including billing and Stripe. - **Organizer** — manage events, orders, marketing, and reports. - **Staff** — limited operational access (e.g. door/check-in). - **Attendee** — standard buyer account. Update a member's **role** or remove them at any time. Door staff are ideal for [Box Office](#/help/box-office-overview) scanning without full dashboard access. ## Sales reps Street-team sellers are managed separately as [sales reps](#/help/sales-reps-organizer), not org team members.
