# Getting Help & Support Tickets Stuck on something the Help Center doesn't cover? Open a **support ticket** to reach the TicketCobra team. ## Open a ticket Create a ticket with a **subject** and a clear description. Include relevant details — an event name, an **order number**, or steps to reproduce — so we can help faster. ## Track the conversation Each ticket has a **status** that moves as it's worked.
