# Leaderboards & Prizes ## Your ranking The **leaderboard** ranks reps by sales. Open it from your [rep dashboard](#/help/sales-getting-started) to see your position against teammates for an event or overall. ## Prizes Organizers can attach **prizes** to leaderboard performance. Any prize you've earned shows in your dashboard. Keep climbing by driving more sales through your [referral links](#/help/sales-referral-links). Your standing is based on confirmed, attributed sales — the same activity that drives your [commissions](#/help/sales-commissions).
