Refunds & Cancellations
Issue full or partial refunds and understand fee handling.
# Refunds & Cancellations You can refund any **confirmed** order from its detail view in [Orders](#/help/managing-orders). ## Full refund Choose **Refund** to reverse the entire charge through Stripe. The order status becomes **refunded** and the tickets are voided so they can no longer [check in](#/help/attendees-and-checkin). ## Partial refund Choose **Partial refund** to return a specific amount — for example refunding one ticket out of four, or an [add-on](#/help/add-ons) only. ## Fees on refunds Whether platform and split fees are returned depends on your [refund policy](#/help/refund-policies) and fee configuration. Review these in [Fees & Payments](#/help/fees-and-splits-overview) before refunding. ## Records Refunds appear in the **Orders** report and the **Audit** report in the [Reporting Hub](#/help/reporting-hub-overview).
