Refund Policies
Define the refund terms buyers agree to at checkout.
# Refund Policies A **refund policy** states the terms a buyer accepts when they purchase — for example "no refunds," "refunds up to 7 days before the event," or "fees are non-refundable." Set a policy on an event so it displays in the [purchase flow](#/help/purchase-flow-overview) and on emailed confirmations. When you later process a [refund](#/help/refunds-and-cancellations), the policy guides how much (and whether fees) you return.
