# The Buyer Purchase Flow Knowing the buyer journey helps you set up events that convert. 1. **Browse** — buyers find your event on the public discovery page. 2. **Detail** — they open the event detail modal/page. 3. **Select tickets** — choose [tiers](#/help/ticket-tiers-and-inventory) and quantities (capped by max-per-order). 4. **Promo code** — apply a [promo code](#/help/promo-codes) if they have one. 5. **Add-ons** — add [extras](#/help/add-ons). 6. **Checkout** — pay with any enabled method (card, Apple/Google Pay, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle). 7. **Confirmation** — they receive QR tickets and an emailed [PDF](#/help/ticket-pdfs-and-qr).
