Creating Promo Codes
Set up percentage, flat, and BOGO discounts with limits.
# Creating Promo Codes From the **Promotions** page, create codes that buyers enter during the [purchase flow](#/help/purchase-flow-overview). ## Code types - **Percentage** — e.g. 15% off. - **Flat amount** — e.g. 0 off. - **BOGO** — buy-one-get-one. ## Scope & limits - **Scope** — apply to all events, specific events, or specific ticket tiers. - **Max uses** — total redemptions allowed. - **Max per order** — cap per checkout. - **Validity** — start/expiry dates and an active toggle. Codes are **case-insensitive** and must be unique. ## Tracking Each code tracks **uses** and **revenue impact**, visible on the Promotions page and in the **Promotion codes** report in the [Reporting Hub](#/help/reporting-hub-overview).
