# Managing Sponsorships The **Sponsorships** area helps you sell event sponsorships end to end. ## Packages Define sponsorship **packages** (Title, Presenting, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, in-kind, media, or custom) on an event. Each package has a price (which can be **negotiable** with a floor), a number of **slots**, and a list of **deliverables** — logo placement, booth space, ticket allocation, speaking slots, social media, email inclusion, and more. ## Decks Build a sponsorship **deck** — a slide-based pitch document — to send to prospects when a deal reaches the "deck sent" stage. ## Sponsors & deals pipeline Keep **sponsor** company records with their contacts and deal history, then work **deals** through a Kanban **pipeline**: prospect → outreach → in conversation → deck sent → negotiating → verbal agreement → contract sent → closed won/lost.
