# Managing Orders The **Orders** page lists every order across your events. ## Search & filter Search by buyer name, email, or order number. Filter by **status** (pending, confirmed, refunded, cancelled), **sales channel** (online, box-office, affiliate), and **payment type** (credit, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle). ## Order detail Open an order to see line items, fees, totals, the buyer's tickets, and a live QR preview of each [ticket](#/help/ticket-pdfs-and-qr). ## Actions - **Resend** — re-email the confirmation and tickets to the buyer. - **Refund** — issue a [full or partial refund](#/help/refunds-and-cancellations). - **Transfer** — move a ticket to another attendee via [Transfers](#/help/transfers-overview). All monetary amounts are stored in cents and displayed in dollars.
