# Hiring Influencers The **Influencers** area lets you find and hire creators to promote your events. ## Browse & match Browse creator profiles (with niches, platforms, audience size, portfolios, and rate cards), or use **AI matching** to get a ranked shortlist for a specific event or set of criteria — each suggestion comes with a score and reasons. ## Post a gig Post a **request** (a gig) describing the brief, budget, deliverables, niches, and deadline. Interested creators **apply**, and you review the applicants. ## Deals & payment Propose a **deal** to a creator with the amount and deliverables. Once they accept, **pay** them — funds route to the creator's [Stripe Connect](#/help/account-setup-and-stripe) account, with a platform fee deducted. Track everything in your deals list.
