# Deals & Getting Paid When an organizer wants to work with you, they send a **deal**. ## The deal flow 1. The promoter **proposes** a deal with the agreed amount, brief, and deliverables. 2. You **accept** it. 3. The promoter **pays**, and the money is sent to you. ## Getting paid via Stripe Payouts go through **Stripe Connect**, so connect your Stripe account to receive funds. A small **platform fee** is deducted, and the rest — your **payout** — is sent to you.
