A box-office order: - Records the **sales channel** as *box-office* (visible in [Orders](#/help/managing-orders) filters). - Captures the **payment type** used (cash handling, card, etc.). - Issues real [tickets with QRs](#/help/ticket-pdfs-and-qr) you can print or scan immediately. Walk-up sales feed the same reports as online orders — see **Check-ins** and **Box office summary** in the [Reporting Hub](#/help/reporting-hub-overview).
