# Plans, Billing & Feature Tiers TicketCobra has three subscription tiers, and your plan controls both which features are unlocked and the rate of some fees. ## The tiers - **Free** — core ticketing and the basics. - **Pro** — unlocks growth features and roughly halves the [ad-spend platform fee](#/help/ai-campaign-studio). - **Cobra Suite** — unlocks everything and carries the lowest ad-spend fee. Higher tiers unlock gated areas such as the [Reporting Hub](#/help/reporting-hub-overview), [Promotions](#/help/promo-codes), [Marketing](#/help/marketing-overview), [Contacts/CRM](#/help/crm-and-ai-outreach), the [Page Builder](#/help/studio-page-builder), [Cobra Studio](#/help/cobra-studio-overview), sponsorships, networks, and the [AI Assistant](#/help/ai-assistant). ## Managing your plan Subscribe, upgrade, downgrade, or open the billing portal from the **billing / plans** page. Paid plans are handled securely through Stripe; downgrading returns you to Free.
