# Your Tickets — QR Codes & PDFs Once your order is confirmed, TicketCobra creates one ticket per seat — each with a unique **QR code** used to get you in the door. ## Where to find your tickets - **My Tickets** — when you're signed in, the **My Tickets** page lists your upcoming and past events along with their order numbers and status. - **Confirmation email** — your tickets are emailed to you right after purchase. ## The QR code Each ticket has a unique **QR code** (and matching ticket code). At the event, staff scan this code to check you in. Each ticket can only be scanned in **once**. ## Download the PDF Every ticket has a branded **PDF** you can download and save to your phone or print. The PDF includes the event details and your QR code, so you can get in even without a signal. ## Heading to the event?
