# Troubleshooting & Contact Most common issues have a quick fix. ## I didn't get my confirmation email - Check your **spam / junk** folder. - Confirm you used the **correct email** at checkout. - Sign in and open [My Tickets](#/help/attendee-your-tickets) — your tickets are always there. - Ask the organizer to **resend** your confirmation. ## My payment failed - Make sure your **card details** and billing info are correct. - Try a **different [payment method](#/help/attendee-payment-methods)** (Apple Pay, Google Pay, another card, etc.). - Check that your bank isn't blocking the charge. - If a charge looks pending but the order didn't complete, wait a few minutes — a failed charge is typically released automatically — then try again. ## My ticket won't scan at the door See [Getting In / Check-In at the Event](#/help/attendee-checkin) for step-by-step help. ## My promo code won't apply See [Promo Codes & Discounts](#/help/attendee-promo-codes). ## Still need help?
