What you get after buying and how to resend it.
# Order Confirmation & Receipts ## Right after you buy As soon as your payment goes through, you'll see a **confirmation screen** with your **order number** and your tickets (including QR codes). A **confirmation email** with the same details and your ticket PDFs is sent to the email address you used at checkout. ## Your order number Keep your **order number** handy — it's the quickest way to look up your order and identify it if you ever contact support. ## Didn't get the email? If your confirmation doesn't arrive within a few minutes: - Check your **spam / junk** folder. - Make sure you entered the **correct email** at checkout. - Sign in and open [My Tickets](#/help/attendee-your-tickets), where your order and tickets are always available.
