Show your QR, get scanned, and what to do if it won't scan.
# Getting In / Check-In at the Event Getting through the door is quick — just have your ticket ready. ## Show your QR code Bring your ticket's **QR code**, either: - On your phone from [My Tickets](#/help/attendee-your-tickets) or your confirmation email, or - On the downloaded **PDF** (printed or saved offline). Event staff scan the QR to check you in. Each ticket scans in **once** — if you bought multiple tickets, each guest needs their own. ## Tips for a smooth entry - **Turn up your screen brightness** so the scanner can read the code. - Have the ticket **open and ready** before you reach the door. - Save the **PDF offline** in case the venue has poor signal. ## If your ticket won't scan - Make sure you're showing the **correct ticket** for that event. - Confirm the ticket hasn't **already been checked in** (each scans once). - If you transferred or were transferred the ticket, use the **latest** QR code. - Still stuck?
