Ask about your account in plain English — and have it run, export, and email your reports.
# AI Account Assistant The **AI Account Assistant** answers questions about your account in plain English and can run, export, and email your reports for you. Open it from **AI Assistant** in the sidebar. > The assistant is part of the **Pro** and **Cobra Suite** plans. On the free > plan you'll see an upgrade prompt instead. ## What you can ask It works over your *own* account data — events, orders, sales, attendees, and the [16 report types](#/help/reporting-hub-overview). For example: - "What were my top 3 events by revenue?" - "How many tickets did I sell this month?" - "What's my refund rate?" - "Export my attendee list for Saturday." - "Email me this month's sales report." ## It does the work, not just the answer The assistant uses tools to act on your request: - **Run a report** — summarizes any of the 16 report types on the spot. - **Export a report** — generates a CSV and gives you a **download button** right in the chat. See [exporting reports](#/help/exporting-reports). - **Email a report** — sends the CSV to your account email. For recurring delivery, set up a [scheduled report](#/help/scheduled-reports) instead. When an answer is backed by your data, the assistant shows **which tools it used**, so the numbers are auditable — it won't make figures up. ## Privacy & safety - It only ever sees **your** organization's data. - Emailed reports go **only to your account email** — never to anyone else. - Download links are private, expire after a few minutes, and are tied to your account. ## Tips - It remembers the conversation, so you can follow up: "now just the VIP tier." - Tap a **suggested question** to get started if you're not sure what to ask. - For visual KPIs without asking, the [Analytics dashboard](#/help/analytics-dashboard) is one click away.
